Principal Jacqueline Long
EyeViewManhattan Principal Jacqueline Long has over 30 years’ experience in the New York Metro Area real estate market. Known for careful attention to detail and client service, her experience includes residential, multi-family residential including cooperatives and condominiums, affordable housing, retail, mixed-use commercial, office, industrial, land and proposed construction. Jacqueline Long is a real estate consultant, a licensed real estate broker, and a licensed real estate appraiser in the State of New York. Jacqueline earned her BA degree in International Relations and her MS in Urban Planning. Ms. Long is the sole proprietor of EyeViewManhattan.
Jacqueline’s Intro to “Home Watch”
I read a newspaper article about “home watch” introducing it as a fairly new niche member in the real estate business sector. I thought it sounded like a natural fit for me. I like Real Estate. I have a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning. Post graduate, I traveled around the world looking at real estate projects in London, Helsinki, Leningrad, Moscow, and Paris. I studied real estate development in West Africa surveying how homeowners over time changed their bland tract housing to suit their tastes. My first job was working for a large urban development corporation and next a large community development corporation. I went out on my own and became a licensed Real Estate Broker and earned my real estate appraiser license certified to perform residential and commercial advisory work and to deliver opinions of value. EyeViewManhattan Home Watch are valuable and necessary services to add to my brand.

Both as a real estate broker and as a real estate appraiser, I developed skills for research, inspection, analysis, and report writing. I have discipline and management skills to start and finish assignments within time and budget constraints. I am used to doing tedious work and repetitive work. I like to cross the t’s and dot the i’s. As a planner, I can help the property owner keep on eye on investments, not leaving outcomes to fate with unwanted results or dysfunctional chaos. I can help property owners have confidence and peace of mind about their investments.
